Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange by logging into thomasmedicalsupply.com/myaccount email us at info@thomasmedicalsupply.com or call (216) 304-9605. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
• Product(s) must be returned within 14 business days of the receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted after the 14-business
day period.
• Product(s) must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition in its original packaging.
• Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Code from Thomas Medical Supply. Once a code is obtained you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
• Orders returned without a Return Authorization Code from Thomas Medical Supply will be entitled to receive In-Store Credit Only for any future purchases.
• All returns are subject to 20% restocking fees.
• All returns will be inspected and reviewed before issuing any credit. Returns may take 2-4 weeks for processing. Credits will be
applied to your original method of payment.
• Returns resulting from a defective product and/or shipping error will be refunded the entire purchase amount along with the
shipping costs.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to health and hygienic regulations, we cannot accept the following items for return:
• All hygienic items
• Opened packages or anything that cannot be resold as new such as personal care items
• Other items specifically marked as “non-returnable” in the item’s website description
• All customized items

• Return requests more than 14 business days after delivery
• Any item that has been modified or used
• Any item not in its original packaging
• Special orders
• Coronavirus related items – i.e., face masks, goggles, antiseptic wipes and sanitizers.

To Obtain a Return Authorization Code
Customers can submit a return request by logging into their account through Thomasmedicalsupply.com. You will receive the Return Authorization Code details via email within 2-3 business days. Below are the step by step in obtaining a Return Authorization Code

Shipping
Free shipping will be applied on all orders over $100 USD. Orders below $100 USD will be subjected to a $8.50 USD shipping fee. Purchases needing special shipping arrangements will be presented and agreed to in writing by Thomas Medical Supply prior to shipping.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices charged are based on costs at the time order is shipped. Prices are subject to all taxes, excises, or other charges levied by any government (national, state or local). Disputed prices must be identified to Thomas Medical Supply in writing within five (5) business days from day billed. Rebates and credits may be considered a discount and may need to be disclosed by customer as required by applicable law. All contract prices are effective as of the date determined by the agreement. Contract prices are subject to early termination upon notification by Thomas Medical Supply. Buyer is responsible for notifying Thomas Medical Supply of any pricing arrangements that buyer has negotiated.
Damaged Goods
Buyer is responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon receipt. If buyer finds broken or damaged goods, notify Thomas Medical Supply within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment so that Thomas Medical Supply may arrange replacement.
Sales Tax
Thomas Medical Supply is required by law to collect sales tax in certain jurisdictions. When appropriate, Thomas Medical Supply will add the required amount of tax (state, any local and transit) to your order.
Cancellation Policy
For any reason that a customer needs to cancel an order, you may cancel the order before the product has been processed for shipment. Once the shipment is processed for departure, returns and refunds will only be applicable accordingly with Thomas Medical Supply’s return policy.
